IF YOU RAISE ALL SPECIAL STATS TO 10 BEFORE LONESOME ROAD, YOU WILL BE STUCK ALA DEAD MANS BURDEN PERK. It forces you to add 1 special point but you want have any room becuase 10 is the max and you will be PERMITLEY suck forever. Youll have to mod you file again leaving one special stat at 9 before the lonesome road ending.
