@123jonnyc Hey, I'm PerformanceCannons I'm just on my other account.
The Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) was bought online in America from mcmaster dot com (part #6646K23). You might find one at a local pneumatic/hydraulics store
Good design. You could connect the ball valve directly to the inlet port of the qev to reduce pilot volume. Then remove the air gauge and air reservior.
Remove the elbow from the reservior, then reconnect the reservior, the air gauge and the qev with a female tee piece.
With this new arrangement, the air gauge will now be connected to the air reservior, where it is actually supposed to be.
@johnny771977 The gauge isn't 'supposed to be' connected to the chamber, it makes no difference. Anyway, I just sent you an email explaining ergonomic, aesthetic and performance factors that came in to play when I threw together this cannon. This cannon isn't meant for performance, that's what I have a hybrid for.
@PerformanceCannons Thanks. I have a similar set up at home. I believe that people use hybrid cannons because it is extremely difficult and arduous to obtain equally high pressures with a pneumatic cannon.
@johnny771977 Haha, that's not really the reason people use hybrid cannons. Hybrids allow complete portability with ease and cost-effectiveness (no SCUBA tanks or fridge compressors with inverters) and performance advantages over high pressure pneumatics due to the less dense hot gases with a higher SOS. Burst disk hybrids are more convenient than burst disk pneumatics also. Getting 1000PSI out of a fridge compressor or SCUBA is easy and cheap but hybrids are just better for single shot cannons
@8tonsemi I bought it when I was over in America from an online store (mcmaster dot com, part: 6646K23). If you're not in America, you may have trouble finding one.
you should shoot bad guys with that

@PerformanceCannons did you make that qev or did you buy it. And if you did buy it can you tell me where.
