I love the riff and the progression, and also the lyrics that are like some violent poetry (makes me think of the kind of style Baudelaire had but in a different way). The negative points about the song is it's too repetitive and the voice of Lou Reed is too inexpressive and jaded for the song it sings and the subject it deals with, but hey maybe it's his style and some people maybe love it.. this is just my opinion.
