OK. This is my issue. I have two monitors connected to a duel video card. I hooked up the VGA cable from out port of the converter to the in port of the second monitor. Then I hooked the yellow video cable from the converter to the back of my big a** tv. The power cable is connected to it. However my monitor is not shutting off and showing up on the tv. Is there anyone nerdier then me, that can help me solve this issue?
@2010oef if you're using windows right click go to properties, then you go to settings in settings click on advance, click on intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator.. idk with that on your computer but its using in advance on the top the very first choice. if you do see it go to graphics properties and make sure the vga is pluged in and choose the monitor you want the display to show on..free to ask question anytime
@austinklucas its pretty simple to set up.. just put the video and if you tv have a s video port, plug it in also and connect to computer and you will see on tv, then use the zoom and color setting to set to your liking
so this converts composite{ yellow input} to vga?

That's an S-Video cable. It's not for audio. :D But thanks, this is exactly what I'm looking for.

The black one that you said was audio is an s-video cable. VGA doesn't transfer audio

Hey, you should get your facts straight before you post a video.
This box does NOT transfer audio.
That is called the S-Video cable, and the VGA-IN is the black on, and the VGA-OUT is the blue one.
