I have yet to see a military flare fade in and out, then shoot upward and free fall on its own accord. Flares fall at a consistent speed and don't move around in the sky. You need to look them up or do research on flares. People tried to say that same garbage about the pheonix lights as well...to the uneducated that story will wash.

When her camera moves because of positioning the lights become distorted with the movement of the camera. Whatever she's filming is truly there and not edited in. I do video and audio production as well as editing, therefore I'm qualified to make that assessment.
