Futaba 8FG Improper operation

I did not had the problem yet on my t8fg but my reseller (good friend of mine) told me that if this happens, turn it off and on, then it works!

I have the same problem since I have used the menu service futaba with A version V1.1 (blocked at the windows 1/9).........

I then installed(settled) V2, but always same problem

Have you find a method for this problem.
