The intro is a complete rip of the Fleetwood Mac song 'Landslide'

Similar, but not not a "rip off" by any means. Completely different time signature than 'Landslide' (go listen to the song again). Walk-down progressions have been around for a long time. At this point in the history of music it's nearly impossible not to be derivative to some extent. This is a beautiful song that stands on it's own.
