I'm an early freerunner and i loved this video, but i was also wondering if there is any tips on how to practice a back flip (i know its not exactly parkour and i'm just assuming someone there knows how). @lamo558391: yeesh, yah it was pretty terrible. didnt quite have it down yet, plus i landed a little differently than i intended, and it threw the roll off. bruised my heel, actually, but was otherwise ok. thanks for the compliment though (at least im taking it as a compliment)

@ninja2217 When you said you've been training for 7 monthes, i think it always depends on how you trained, cause i'm not being trained in a class, i'm training myself by watching youtube videos, there is no URBAN enviroment here just country, and weather sucks here in western washington, so i've been training for over a year and still not that good. hey thats really good for one month..ive only been doin parkour for about 2 and i hav to say you guys have been doin better then me and my friends...but then again im twelve so that must make up for somethin lol. and a reply to gaaraXneko and everyone: parkour tag is so much fun! Its also a good way to practice cuz you do stuff you normally dont do when ur playing tag like jumping off stuff like 15 feet tall...and also parkour has really changed the way i look at life WOOOOO!!!!!!

Didn't see a lot of precision work, but from the ones I saw I would advise to remember to jump UP, so you land straight down on your spot, so your forward momentum doesn't affect your landing

I remember learning precisions, and jumping up into the precision really, really helped me

the "real" version of mad world was recorded in the early 80s by tears for fears. this is a techno remix of the original version by the nu romantix.

gary jules' version is a cover recorded with michael andrews in 2001 for the soundtrack of donnie darko.

granted, myself and i think the whole team prefer jules' version and we had originally planned to use it, but this fit better.
