when you scan through in after effects you get those black bars at the side of your preview screen, why is this?

is it to reduce lag because if it is i would love to know how :)

motion tracking is that what he did. he did it in a manual way but after effects can do that aswell and it is way easier. he couldnt do it cause the twixtor effect disable automatic motion tracking...

Ich würde Twixtor drauf packen, dann unkomprimiert rendern, dann wieder importieren, damit man den Totenkopf oder was auch immer tracken kann, weil wenn man ja die Zeitverzerrung drin hat, geht Motion Tracking nicht... Aber so müsste man es ja nicht jeden Frame anpassen, denn wenn man es vernünftig haben will, dauert das ja ewig...

tazor just a tip for you.. instead of going through twixtor to find the keyframes in output control etc.. just click 'u' on the keyboard and all the keyframes will pop up. It's alot easier and saves time and confusion! Hope this helps:)
