2- Hadith saying that she was 6.
3-or 9.
4-Calculations from facts saying that she was18.

I'm not sure what country you're from, but few European countries operate on anything resembling Biblical law and the American system expressly rejects such concept.
Western legal systems are based on concepts like Habeus Corpus, a right to representation, a right to procedural justice or due process, and the right to a jury of one's peers.
None of things things are remotely Biblical in origin. They are mostly Greek in origin, going back to Athens, and updated through the Enlightenment.
