you just twist it until the little bar is in the middle of the current circle and press a. then you move to the next circle and do the same. that is if you're thinking of the part I'm thinking of.

If you're talking about phase 2 Ghor when he has that little dangling ball between his legs, the easiest way is to Boost Ball through. It'll hit him, stun him, and leave you at a safe distance to de-morph and shoot him. I'm actually surprised AG1 didn't know about or use that technique. It's actually safer then trying to bomb it imo.

Even on HyperMode he is not that hard. He gives you too much Phazon Units (the glowing balls that heal you)

You can take all the time in the world. Ghor won't destroy it. He'll only damage it pretty badly.
