I think they are all tight ...... Based on how the person is theywould like a certain element ... I think water is te best though because water is everywere even if ur in land or trapped in jail with nothing u could use ur sweat to water bend or can just use bloodbending to control their enemy.... that element is pretty strong and COM ON they have healing abilities i think thats sick

i just found out that the creators of avatar the last airbender and nickolodean are coming out with a new avatar the last airbender show and its called: Avatar the last airbender The Legend of Korra. Its set in present time in the avatar world and she's a water bender. I'd say she's like about 18 years old. You can see the trailer for it on Nick.com. i don't think it'll be as good but i'm still excited :) TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Only because she's blind. Nobody could be as strong as her unless they gave up their sight. As for me, I'm more partial to waterbending. Airbending strikes me as too frantic. Earth bending is tough and fire is powerful but I am more of the patient type. Water is a calm element that can cut through steel if the need arises. Also, bloodbending ftw.

@Bushflare Toph is also an especially strong earthbender because she was taught directly by the originals, the badgermoles. If Zuko or any other firebenders had learned their craft entirely from the dragons, then they could have been very strong.

Not so. The reason Toph is so good is because she is so much like the Badger Moles. She is blind so she learned to see with earthbending, like the moles. It's not that Toph is strong because they taught her. It's a mix of natural skill and a fantastic understanding of the truth of Earthbending that she realised herself. Something it took Boomy years to grasp.
