the key point of the case is to punish to the corruptors not to save the cost of the legal process. so why proscutor accepts the plead requirement from SOB.
Son and his wife submitted plead bargain, presecutor office has yet accepted so far.
Chen SoB and Wu are not qulified for plead bargain because the severe crimes they are indicted for. Never easy to convict any slicky defendants, specially somebody with his background.
