This is a great recording, but it's not Ma Rainey. The style of Chicago electric blues guitar played by her accompaniest was not even invented until a decade after her death. Also, if you listen closely to the vocal you will notice the the timbre and attack are not Ma Rainey's. Peace.

The singer is called: Big Memphis Ma Rainey, a bit confusing, but a different voice than The Ma Rainey.
