It may be only my opinion, Michelle & Halle have been very good in other movies. Everyone's taste is different. Although I was young at the time, & I may be old fashioned, the Three original cat women were my fav, expecially Eartha Kitt & Lee Mariweather. I do recognize that is a different era. So I will just say who ever wants the job bad enough, God bless em & may they do very well. Although I may not be a big fan & after seeing "Enough" I wander how Angela Jolie would do. Shalom!

Halle didn't play Selina Kyle, she played a character named Patience Phillips who was given cat-like abilities from an Egyptian cat-god, so she is definitely NOT the Catwoman from Batman comics. Michelle played Selina Kyle, but she played her like a ditzy secretary who somehow magically transforms into a super-athlete overnight. And Selina Kyle is not blonde! Couldn't Michelle have at least dyed her hair dark?

@44excalibur To tell you the truth, I've been out of the comic Movie loop so long, It's hard for me to tell the difference(can't remember the names.I'm in my early 40's & my memories of the original series I remember fondly.The show was a little what they call today cheesy (if not worse) I think the classic actors of that day made the show worthy to watch. The only comic books my older brother & I ever had was Bat Man &Man Bat & the Fantastic 4 which we shared & a few copies of Mad Magazine that I was far too young to understand the humor in it. Chris Nolan when you see his film this summer used some scenes from what Tim Burton did in Batman Returns but man you have to be original when you film a Batman film of your own. That shows the fans that you are nothing but a fake copycat using someone else's work and have the nerve to call it a Batman movie. I won't ruin the film but w it.
