Actually, it would be easier for a female to do parkour than for a male. Or do certain parkour moves/tricks than a male. Here's why: Their joints and ligaments are arranged better and their strengths are agility and balance... The only thing that they don't have (on average) is the same muscle-mass like males and upper-body strength as most developed males do.
