Hi there,can anybody help me please,I really like the look of this,does i have metal adjustment knobs or are they plastic? I would hope metal like the canon g series from which I'm hopefully migrating from.
you had me at "tilt screen", I love my 7000 but the tiltable screen and higher iso will make (for wedding gigs and news work) the 7100 another tool in our bags.
would anyone recommend this camera for a begginer photographer? or is a d5100 more ideal?

@humaner The question should be: How many seconds per frame.
As an owner I can tell you it's not fast. Specially when shooting in RAW mode.
Doesn't come close to my D90 as one can expect.
Image quality is great though and I'n quite pleased with it.

Yes, it's got a pop-up flash, you can't see it until you press the pop up button! :)
