I remember I had 101 power cells back when I beat the game in 2004 (also when I got the game). Though, I couldn't remember how I got the 101st, so I figured it must have been the developer's mistake. I don't remember getting the two you showed on mountain pass, but it was so long ago, idk. Maybe there are more.

@1594615 It's the developer's mistake. To be honest, there is quite a consistent amount of mistake/glitches throughout the game.

Omg i never thought of walking through mountain pass lol, It was frustrating that i could see the power cell but not get it, thankfully i did get the yellow eco and went on the zoomer that way =) Oh and for the last one in volcanic crater i did the same thing as you, yet it took me a while to figure out if you could make it from spider cave with the eco in enough time ..... cool vid btw =)

mm... i wouldnt say their hidden power cells sense you can find them on the list :] , if they were hidden power cells ;o then it wouldnt show them on power cell list it would be a bonus :] plus instead of going through the rock i went behind the area instead ;o its possible in 3 ways , yellow eco , high jump where the rock is or behind the power cell past the jump XD

You don't need to unlock the yellow eco vent in Snowy Mountain in order to get the hidden power cell in the lava crater. Also, there is a rather hard to come by power cell in the Snowy Mountain, where you need to unlock the yellow eco vent in order to shoot it out of its iron box.

OMFG I FUCKING HATE THAT METAL BOX IN VOLCANIC CRATER!!!!!!

heres the thing; i had 1995 precursor orbs, 100 power cells, and i was going for 100 percent. so i figured that the last 5 precursor orbs were in thatt box so i spent hours upon hours of trying to get that box open and when i finally did i was so happy untill i realized that the 5 precursor orbs were in another place..... then i threw the controller.....

The better way to do the 1st one is to get on the zoomer, drive over the yellow eco vent and blow the rock up with the yellow eco.

i know this is random but the only reson theres 101 power cells is that with the track race in the precercor basion there was a glitch in some games the record was 1 milisecond and naughty dog couldnt fix it so they put an extra one in so you could beat the game with 100%

Yep, but if you are playing the game normally you can get it before getting Yellow Eco. Plus it's a bit cooler way to do it, without Yellow Eco, IMO.

first you have to activate the yellow eco vents and take the yellow eco . then shoot at the weirdly shaded rock. it'll break and you ride in and get it

this game is truly LIIIFEE. it's one of the best they have ever come out with. i haven't played it since like December because me and my dad used to be obsessed with it but we finished it and we dont like jak 2! =/ gol and maia's citadel is my faveey level. it's really cool but hard at the same time! it took me a long time to finally defeat them. i never got 101 power cells, but i already knew what was behind that big precursor door. doesn't it show you it in the beginning of jak 2 or something?

if your wondering how to turn on the snow mountain eco vent heres how

1)you do not need the flut flut

2)go to were there is a hill of ice and an elevator

3)go right till you see a clunp of pine trees

4)go through and into a hidden cave

5)navigate the path and youll be at the switch

The yellow eco vent switch is in Snow Mountain, you have to find the Flut-Flut and use it to get there. Don't remember where exactly...sorry.

NOTE :: Power Cell 3 Takes Time and patience,so here is another way to do it

When the box is located got to the right of the door. go up to the precursor platforms, and jump onto the nearest yellow eco vent. then jump down in front of the door using a spinkick to stop yourself being injured and go back using rolljumps and then using the yellow eco andyour goggles to smash the box to find the power cell.
