This is fake. Not a good one either. The fence has stopped moving in the background. The driver braked (you can even see them jerk just a bit when they stop) and DIDN'T put the car into park, so he has to continuously apply pressure to the break. This will not happen if he is falling asleep..The car would start rolling. To make matters worse, the cameraman catches glimpses of the speedometer 3 times: 23 sec, 42 sec, and 1:19 and all three times the speedometer registers ZERO.
who would sit and video their friend sleeping while driving for that long anyway?
