It is a centrebeam car and is mainly used to haul wood. Usually full hauling BC lumber to our eastern neighbors, but usually empty on the backhaul like this. Look at my Lorne Ave June 07 video and look at the last car - you will see one half loaded.
No through trains trade off in Saskatoon. Only 114/115 and 303/450 trade off because they go North/South. Its probably slowing to do work in the yard.

Looks to be slowing down for a crew change. I'm guessing this is the 347.
