  • That wasn't dirty it was stupid... Infinite respect for Villeneuve but everyone fucks up once in a while and that was a hell of a fuck up.

  • "if you do not go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver"

  • It did SEEM dirty, but he prolly didn't know that the grass narrowed. Anyone can make that mistake

  • villeneuve is badass

  • Worst F1 champ ever.

  • villeneuve is an idiot

  • @99KOOLAIDMAN yeah but an idiot with an won indycar championship, winning Indy 500 and F1 Title, thats quite an idiot.

  • He'll get his. Payback is a bitch.

  • Vettel seemed like an idiot at times in the 2010 F1 season, but now that he's smartened up he's driving is much better by not crashing. All Jacques needs to do is to smarten up and not take such stupid risks, and he might get a NASCAR drive, I'd like to see him win at Road America Nationwide in 2012, by driving smart.

  • @McBucketHead You do know that Carl Edwards beat Michael Schumacher in identical Fiat 500 Abarth's at the ROC...

  • Nascar's drivers suck. Formula 1 is the shit . If you take your kyle bush and the worst pilot of F1 (sergio perez) on a F1 track with two egual civic stock, well kyle gonna die

  • Go Jacques!

  • if you think he did that on purpose you are an idiot. funny thing was Nascar drivers suck so much he climbed all the way back to 3rd in 2 laps.

  • The TRACK is the problem there. You're running straight along the wall, then suddenly there's grass in front of the car. That's bad track design. The section down along the right after the wall needs to be paved. It's unsafe, and stupid. BAD TRACK DESIGN.

  • @JRCrowley Dude he went off the track on the part of the exit to pit road and you arnt supposed to go there and you blaming it on the track really

  • Uhm, it wasn't aggressive or dirty driving. He just came on the grass with his left tires and lost control. So before you say that Jacques is a dirty driver, take a couple of minutes with Kyle Busch.

I know, that it wasn't smart from Villeneuve, but also it wasn't dirty, just unlucky.

  • How in the world is this "dirty driving"? He simply went for a gap, and got on the grass, losing control. And if my memory serves me correctly, a man by the name of Senna once said if you do not go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver. Villeneuve was racing, made a mistake. Not dirty at all.

  • it wasn't his fault

  • Villeneuve is Canadian. He is badass, unlike half of the American pussy drivers *coughBuschcough*

  • @KINGCOOL420 That's why he can't find a full-time ride in any series, right?

  • @KINGCOOL420 badass? only pussies knock off racers like that.

  • Jacques would have won the race if he had not received that unfair penalty.

  • Jacques Villeneuve was not being smart, he showed a complete lack of driving ability. If not total incompetence then he did it on purpose. Either he doesn't know how to drive or he did it on purpose, either way he shouldn't be out there racing with professionals.

  • @BuccaneerBruce But the guys in NASCAR who wrecks other by purpose (Like Logano, Stewart, Vickers and Brad K at Infenion) should be racing?

  • @BuccaneerBruce What kind of moron are you? LOL, this man won a Daytona 500, was F1 champion in 1997 and finish second last year with Peugeot at the 24h of le Mans. Racing with professionals? Really? Ask Ron Fellows how he like the intentional bumping made by your beloved rednecks professionals ;) And how do you explain, if he is so incompetent, the fact that Jacques is ALWAYS at the head of the pack?

  • @1918bibi So then he did it on purpose is what you're saying.

  • Comment removed

  • @BuccaneerBruce to win the Indy 500 the way he did or to be the F1 world champion you must have some driving ability. Villeneuve got an unfair penalty and was supposed to lead the race... It was an agressive move, probably didnt knew the grass was so close but not intentional.

  • That was a great move by Villeneuve. That's Nascar!

  • Villeneuve is not a dirty driver. Never has been over the course of a very successful career in IndyCar and F1. Yes, he made a mistake on the restart after serving a ridiculous penalty handed to him earlier in the race. Nothing more than a racing incident. Nascar drivers make mistakes in every race. Stop complaining everyone. Villeneuve can take on and beat any of the top drivers in Nascar given the opportunity.

  • he didnt mean to he would have spun out

  • A Champion is agressive nothing else and Jacques Villeneuve did what he had to do after the penalty.
