have you ever thought of calculating how much time you guys (Mr.Greens/ John and Hank) spend on the computer and/or with a video camera to create and edit the videos along with how much time people take watching and commenting on them and how many kilowatts and therefore how much carbon that might equate to? but that would also take a lot of math considering how many videos, views, and comments in forums or YouTube you have,so maybe it wouldn't be worth knowing a price you may not be able to pay

Whoa...math...too much. But that is a...significant amount of carbon. And I'm probably not helping by writing a Nerdfighter comment.
Responding to several commenters before me, I don't know what to think about Global Warming. I'm not scientist, and that means that I have no say. Many people I respect (i.e. John and Hank Green) have told me it's real, while others I respect as much (i.e. my science teacher) have told me otherwise. AHH!

In Washington, this spring, there was snow on the ground, it was snowing for most of the spring.

I hate Al Gore. I fell a sleep two days in a row in my World Issues class because his stupid documentary was so boring, and sinse I fell asleep I couldn't answer any of the questions about his inconvienient movie on the test. Which is saying a lot considering A) I don't fall a sleep in WI class and B) I Ace every WI test [except that one] and C) I love documentaries. Thanks for the 76 Gore, you've melted the untouchable ice cap that was my average.

If YouTubers weren't watching you they would be watching something else, keeping the Brotherhood carbon neutral is not productive.
The carbon generated by: publishing/shipping your books, and your air miles is equivalent to the carbon created by a Chinese city.
Al Gore's 'Inconvenient Truth' was a slick presentation by a slick politician.
Even if it was "true' what has it got to do with world peace? It is more likely to fame the flames of world division and create a group of eco-facists.

Although I am also concerned about our environment, I have a problem with Al Gore winning the NPP over the woman who helped more than 2,500 people escape from the evil baby/man during the Holocaust. No comparison..in my opinion.

John, you didn't take into consideration that if Brotherhood 2.0 did not exist (God forbid) many people would still be on their computers using up carbon. Therefore, you musn't assume that Brotherhood 2.0 is responsible for all of that carbon use; just some of it.

A bunch of us have trouble accessing the page since the server switch. I don't think anyone really has a clue what's going on... (it works for me about once every three days, so keep on trying, you might be able to get through eventually).

Also, not that this relates to anything at all, but has anyone else ever looked at all of the videos while in small, youtube, paused in the middle format and noticed that while John is usually in the middle of the screen looking right at us, Hank is involved in some sort of action, whether it's gesturing or tilting his head to the side? I just thought it was interesting. Whatever I'm a nerdfighter, I'm allowed to be slightly weird.
