Lol, FL Studio is a lot better than most people think.

I've been using Logic Pro and I noticed Side Chaining is extremely terrible along with a few other functions. The layout absolutely sucks compared to FL Studio. I must say my beats are better quality on FL then any program I've used so far. ^^

@TripEXBeatz Yeah 9th wonder used to use it a lot. FL Studio is a great interface, I just wish it was more widely accepted by other producer. Pro Tools is a nice easy interface too. I say if you want to move up on the production ladder, go from FL to Pro Tools. Logic Pro is extremely difficult to understand.

@zayres29 dubstep. no for reals, theres so many sub-genres coming outa it, its really starting to take shape. gangstastep is one, drumstep is another. look into some jump-up or jungle even DnB, those are good starting platforms. im about to get fl9 soon so i cant wait! theres so many applications that can go into fl that it can easly be overwhelming and almsot intimidating.
