This is Jose's first fight after losing to Azevedo. After being stopped for the first time by RNC Jose took a little break and then had this fight. Thiago was the first fighter (pro MMA) to take Jose to a decision. Then directly after going the full 3 rounds the very next fight Jose was once again pushed to the full 3 rounds by Pancrase's Shoji Maruyama. Of course Jose won both of these contests by UD. But it's interesting to see the chronological progression of Jose's sensational MMA career

@tigerzudo agreed...unfortunately lol. i like both fighters but Fabers gonna have to do some random miracle jumping spinning back kick to the face finish to Aldo. he might as well try it cuz the chances of him winning that fight are as slim as pulling off that kick lol
jose aldos striking is really based on his fast kicks and knees his hands are ok and fast but they come after he hurts u with kicks and his ground game is verry good too
I know that but if he wanted him in his corner it probably means they are close and train together often. Their team is large and has a few branches so just b/c their on the same team doesn't necessarily mean they're regular training partners.
