  • I LOVE IT. bad ass man. i want one. keep up the good work man.

  • I haven't seen anything on this, Could this be used as an underwater torch?

  • The reason for the Hexavalent chromium is because of the stainless steel its released over time try another metal like pure nickel or titanium both are more expensive but its worth it considering the health risks and cancer risk if you are using the stainless please consider all apropriate disposal sites instead of just dumping it your self.

  • It's better to have a thin pipe outlet to the burner for more pressure when production is a bit low?

  • at that high power input, is there really a need for electrolizers?

  • A tiny second nozzle directly next to the flame, that shoots compressed air at high velocity would help to "blow" the already molten metal away, helping to cut faster. Any scars on the concrete?

  • how do you know your LPM

  • very impressive i like yours ; can you explane more please ?

  • how much would you sell this for?

  • Awesome display of the power of water and electricity! Thumbs way up!

  • Alot of stupid comments and questions posted on this video. Great blow torch

  • Y E S !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • can we use this in a car?

  • @TheIligancity Yes but you will need a bloody long extension cord.

  • if some one take some thing like da to my country and sell it .for 3000 dollar you will sell thousands of them in afew days.

  • incredible

  • I held my breath while you burned that hole into the concrete! I once placed a torch down to concrete and got an explosion in my face!

I think a hypodermic needle was used for the torch about a hundred years ago (or something like that) and produced remarkable results in cutting! (concentrates the heat/jet)

I would love to have one of those! How much would one like that cost, just as it is? ../.-.\.. Also, could it be adapted to run on 60 Hz, 60 amp, 110v AC?

    ☆☆☆☆☆

  • By the looks of your "yard".. it looks like you"ve done some Extensive "testing... (poor grass/weeds :( )

  • hahahahahahhlol

  • How does the large heat sync payout for you at the power bulkhead as shown in the video?? Nice work.

  • By preparing 4 water filters having 6 plates each along with arrester installed, backfire is still there and torch is not burning properly. Why is it happening?

  • your tip hole size is too big. check your flow and use tip size accordingly..

    .5-1 LPM= .013 tip

    1.5-3 LPM= .017 tip

    3.5-5 LPM= .022 tip

    5.5-8 LPM= .027 tip

    8.5-15 LPM= .040 tip

    15-25 LPM= .055 tip

  • I concur. Your flame should be a skinny 3in+ or will have no value!!

  • @woodypc35

    is it the millimeter size?

  • wow nice, i wish i had one of those

  • Less than 17% Efficient.

    20L=0.706293 ft³

    2000BTU/Ft3*.706293 = 1412BTU HHO

    2400 Watts = 8188.8BTU

    1412/8188.8=~17% Efficient

  • can anyone explain to me why the tip of the torch does not seem to melt away over time? Is it due to the torchs's tip metal density??

  • the flame never touches the tip..

  • @TripleBla I have melted three tips so far. I am assuming this is due to a lack of back pressure.

  • I'm not trying to knock it or anything because it is really cool but, That's a OXYhydrogen torch.Good for welding alum.Only burns at around 2800F. though. Oxyacetylene burns closer to 5500f.I guess I just don't know why your making torches out of your generator. IT is fu#king sweet though, hope you find a better use for it.

  • HHO burns at degrees above 15k C

  • Come on man! Above 15k C?Google a F. to C. converter! 15k C. =27032degrees! I got my burn temps from Wiki so they may not be totally accurate but its close. Your splitting H2O so you get two hydrogens and one oxygen,Not a magical gas that burns at 27,000F.! Where did you get that number from anyway?I would like to see your reference material.Or was it a typo?;}

  • HHO does not burn your hand..... it is not reactive with human skin.....when put up to a metal like tungsten... it melts it within minutes...... (Tungsten Melts At 15k C.

  • Tungsten melts at 6192F. it boils at 10031F.Anyone can google it to back that up.Look, MAYBE just MAYBE its properties have something to do with the fact that it is atomic oxygen and hydrogen not diatomic oxygen.(?) I REALLY would like to know but I haven't found much sound info on it.There are a LOT of sites that WANT it to be the best thing ever but you can tell they are either crackpot idiots or they want to sell you an HHo generator! craapydog..Tungsten,15kc.,melts,?Try VAPORIZED!

  • OH shit, typo man soz i meant to say 3.5k C it melts at 3422 C. and i agree that they are crackheads...........Hydrogen is only good if we all use it... if the world decides to put hydrogen pumps at fuel stations... that shit where they say run your car off hydrogen, recharge at home(BULLSHIT) if you use electricty to create hydrogen inside the car then you might as well have an electric car.....if you have a hydrogen station at home....and can fill up your tanks in 5 mins. then that is useful..

  • @cappydawg OR FIT 1 IN YOUR CAR AND USE THE BATTERY,NO NEED TO FILL UP ,JUST FILL UP WITH WATER

  • bullshit! these hydrogen torches burn way hotter than oxy/acetylene!

  • typo my ass

  • I would stop burning zinc without a mask! Zinc vapors are very bad to breathe.

  • will the flame burn our finger if we touch it?

  • no, it will only cut it off -.- off course it wil burn your finger!

  • i love it how smart this guy is to build a machine like this and how dumb he is holding the lighter in his hand the whole time.

  • O.O DUDE! thats fuckin awesome!

  • Well you should be using a flashback arrestor ...it will be big ka BOOM..just be safe buddy

  • Fantastic job.

  • Thanks very much for your presentation. Very nice. very efficient and useful

    Sincerely, Yehudi

  • thats a fast cutting torch.

  • 220V to make 20LPM?? Dude go with a Bob Boyce cell design.. 63 plates, with 1/8th inch spacing, using 110-120v and only drawing 10-20 amps. it's being done.. lookup the MarchLabs and Scuffy cell designs.

  • DONT hold your fire-lighter in your same hand as the Torch! very dangerouse.

  • People you need to google Hexavalent Chromium and read read I spent years working on HHO and created alot of waste before I found out about Hex and I am sure it is the reason I have developed respiratory problems that may now lead to cancer, the risks are just to high !

  • thanks for posting your concern. All HHO users shoud be aware of the potential dangers of HHO. NEVER handle your waste products and do goole hexavalent chromium before involving yourself in HHO. there are ways to be safe.

  • @woodypc35 uhm, how do you prouce Hexavalent Chromium by using HHO?

  • @BalthazzarCH The Cr6 comes from the plates if they are stainless steel.use a Bi sulphide to reduce to harmless Cr3

  • @woodypc35 wats the difference between a dry cell and a regular one?

  • @woodypc35 a must read for all HHO people.

  • @Willbyron75 You sure u dont work for the government or any other secret firm or orgaization? I think this is bull. Show me any realated deaths, even any proof this exists....

  • @Willbyron75 thanks for mentioning that

  • chemist who know the dangers of Hexavalent chromium have purchased our smaller torches to use for health benefits. these efficent cells are the only way to minimize the compound when using brute force electrolysys, you must keep under 2.2 volts per plate or you may be making a toxic amount of hexavalent chromium. when dumping the electrolyte, the compound can be neutralized by adding lime to the electrolyte. see my site for more info. h2extreme

  • Hi, May I know the meaning of Hexavalent chromium please ?

  • Hexavalent Chromium VI compounds are highly toxic. Breathing in chromium (VI) compounds can damage and irritate your nose, throat, lungs, stomach and intestines, kidney and liver damage & have adverse effects on the respiratory and the immune systems and can cause cancer

  • yes, hexavalent chromium VI compounds are highly toxic. I am glad you brought this up. most beginners dont understand when they design thier electrolyzers, they must keep these levels of hexavalent chromium to a minimal. the best way is an efficent electrolyzer. if your electrolyte becomes yellow, you have a toxic amount of the compound. the h2-drytube design is very efficent at 7+ mmw and runs very cool. after 200 hours of use, the electrolyte was tested with trace amounts of the compound.

  • Flashback arrestor design?

  • In ten years that will be the size of a super soaker pistol running from from a bottle of water

    Cool Stuff

  • that is something !!! ... ;)

  • I have cut through 3" thick steel with a small torch tip. you have plenty of hho for a small cutting tip it seems. that there is a welding tip.

BTW how many volts-amps are you drawing with that beast? Ive started working on a small wet cell... looking for pointers.

  • 230 volts 10 amps

  • whats your asking price?

  • goto h2extreme*cOm

  • ill make a bet of 1 $ its over 3,000

it looks like 2,ooo in parts alone

maybe more the box its in probly cost 150 plus labor to shape and cut, dont get me rong thats a very nice torch its a dam porcha

  • i am a professional welder and he is not cutting steel but melting it. If he had a real oxy/acetylene torch he could use a jet of oxy to laterally BURN the steel away once it was a bright cherry red. It would take 5 or 6 seconds instead a minute. a water powered steel melter as no commercial value but at least he eliminated the fuel gas. P.S. nice fab work.

  • you can add oxygen to the mix with the same results as oxy/acetylene.

  • actually it takes much, much, much, longer to heat the 'work' in a pure oxy atmosphere, but for steel to vaporize (cut) you need the oxy and a high pressure jet ensures the torch will cut all the way through the steel. the lever on those cutting to torches was put their for a reason.

  • yes, i have used these bottled gases many times. i know how it works. this demo only shows the power without extra bottled gases. hho is 66% hydrogen 33% oxygen. i could easily use the same torch you buy at the hardware store, run my hho through the green hose, connect bottled oxy to the red and have the same force to blow through steel. hydrogen will burn 15% with 85% oxygen. see if you can even melt steel with 66% Acetylene 33% oxygen. hho will even melt tungsten @ 10000 f.

  • show me you can use this with torch from hardware store end oxy to blow through steel then i buy

  • My Aquygen 1500 works well cutting steel, only about 4psi on the oxygen tank instead of a higher amount like 20 psi. that would be needed with an oxy/acetylene torch. This is a nice unit but lacks many safety features.

  • who needs acetylene

  • how many volts/amps per cell??

how many tubes inside each cell??

    thanks for posting

  • its not really a dry cell if it takes water or some kind of liquid

  • Technically, yes they are not dry. drycell is the term most are calling a cell that is not immersed in the reservoir. Although the cell itself does contain liquid, it is very little during operation since most of the water is forced out with the gas.

  • when i finish my gen i will be buying one of those torches

    mental

  • Hi, I in same project also, just making dry cell. Did you tried to use HHO in heating to replace natural gas? This is my goal.

  • i bet if you had your electrolyser machine in between john kanzius xray machine have all those xray frequencies going through it you would get some serious gas. WORTH looking into i suppose

  • There must be a magic frequency to make the water atom unstable so the fracturing processs can be done a lot easier. Its a shame we dont have this information.I was thing of that guy WHO burns salt water with is xray machine what's his name ?

  • John Kanzius

  • yeh John KANZius

  • shame it cant just use a car battery power up a generator with that sorte of power

2400 watts is way too much !!! not overunity at all

  • actually 2400 watts fo 20 LPM is more efficient than most commercial units. excellent work!!!

  • Uh, what is the power source? Batteries?

  • 220 volt ac power power plug

  • I LIKE IT

  • fortunately not, haha, keep that hho pumping man, great job!

  • Wicked,wicked, wicked!hho fever strikes

  • is there a cure?

  • Okay you are HHO Sick! That is off the chain. Did I get those kid words right?

    Nice Job

    Hydrogenmen

  • that baby is awesome sir!!!

  • Ohhhh I LIKE :D
