I have a 2009 acura tsx. Had the same problem today morning. Started the vehicle with a jump start. It looks like a battery issue to me too.The battery drains out in like 30 mins of activity like bluetooth inside the car or keep the headlights on.
@yeahyeat If everything comes on, such as lights on the dash, radio, than the battery can still be good... You can always double check with a volt meter. If it doesn't start with a jump starter, it is the starter. or a solenoid switch

or can even be the wiring to either, but most likely the battery - check its voltage under load (turn parking lights or something on)

lol, starter issue, either weak battery or weak solenoid

Check your battery. If it's not good - charge it. If still no result - replace it. If problem stays - that's your starter.

The sound is definitly the starter motor. It could be worn or not properly installed.
