The first two thirds of the episode were pretty pointless... Sir Alan had obviously made his decision about the candidates before the interviews, and the interviews were just going through the motions.
It looks scripted. The interviewers clearly favored Kristina, then Simon. Katie was down the list by a wide margin. I'm sure Katie's decision was made beforehand and scripted into the show for dramatic effect.

I really think sir Alan himself learnt from this series. He just didn't see through Katie and what a lying, manipulative bitch and quite frankly how crap she was during some of the tasks (remember the art, trip to France and advertising tasks) she was. In his defence he obviously doesn't have the priviledge of seeing the diary like us viewers, but I think the way she acted helped him see the snakes in the next series, which was undoubtably Jenny C.

I find it so hard to believe that she dropped out for her family because, lets face it, if you can spend all that time away, then go on to spend even more time away with the things shes gone on to do, and if you can steal someone elses husband, creating drama within two families, then your priorities just arent right. Obviously this is ALL staged managed. At the selection stage potential contestants MUST be screened to see if they REALLY WANT the job and can relocate if necessary. For the sake of a bit of TV drama we get this charade of Katie getting this far only to fall on her sword. Remember, Sir Alan FIRED Ifty in the 2nd week because of his family commitments. Why did he not simply fire Katie in this episode and keep Tre in?! He could have 3 in the final no problem.

Katie only entered the show so she could boost her career prospects, she never wanted the job, but I bet she'll have got a big pay rise if she went back to her past job. I think personally these are the worst two finalists i've seen on the apprentice.

Either way, I feel Simon and Kristina are the most deserving candidates of the final :)

The first two thirds of the episode were pretty pointless... Sir Alan had obviously made his decision about the candidates before the interviews, and the interviews were just going through the motions.

It looks scripted. The interviewers clearly favored Kristina, then Simon. Katie was down the list by a wide margin. I'm sure Katie's decision was made beforehand and scripted into the show for dramatic effect.

I really think sir Alan himself learnt from this series. He just didn't see through Katie and what a lying, manipulative bitch and quite frankly how crap she was during some of the tasks (remember the art, trip to France and advertising tasks) she was. In his defence he obviously doesn't have the priviledge of seeing the diary like us viewers, but I think the way she acted helped him see the snakes in the next series, which was undoubtably Jenny C.

I find it so hard to believe that she dropped out for her family because, lets face it, if you can spend all that time away, then go on to spend even more time away with the things shes gone on to do, and if you can steal someone elses husband, creating drama within two families, then your priorities just arent right. Obviously this is ALL staged managed. At the selection stage potential contestants MUST be screened to see if they REALLY WANT the job and can relocate if necessary. For the sake of a bit of TV drama we get this charade of Katie getting this far only to fall on her sword. Remember, Sir Alan FIRED Ifty in the 2nd week because of his family commitments. Why did he not simply fire Katie in this episode and keep Tre in?! He could have 3 in the final no problem.
