it was cancelld only by syfy. THE PRODUCERS DIDN'T LET DOWN THE SHOW. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, SEASON 3 WILL EXIST(DVD, OR A COMPLITLY NEW WAY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS,BUT THAT'S WHAT THE WRITERS SAD.)

POSSIBLY SYFY WILL UNDERSTAND THT SGU IS A GOOD SHOW.

@Tarsier901 watch SG1 again? for a 4th time? ive seen all the episodes multiple times... and season 3-10 is > then 1 and 2... SGU is the same... the first season was slow but more character building and the 2nd was the storyline and it seems awesome... because honestly SG1's storyline with the anicents and the goa'uld and the replicators and the ori didnt just happend as soon as the fuck series began... give it some time

@Tarsier901 but thats exaclly it... sg-1 and sg-a were the same... SGU is diffrent... what would u of wanted? more of the same? I believe that one of the reasons why Stargate shows are so good is because of the storyline.. because of how things just happen and our characters are in the middle of it all... SGU just tells the story from a more personal level...

@lordolemons i agree with u but the result is BORING...do u know how many fans dont like sgu ? its almost 99%...and is almost a yr now they dont recieve award from syfy but sg1 and sa recieve best scifi....thats the fact..hope the next season will be more action and the story is fine for me

@lordolemons yes thats true they dont like the show..u know y look the story of SU ,they have technology from asgard,super soldier,ori,goa'uld and many more..rmember the lucian alliance hijack the ship and crew..y they didnt use the technology given from asgard for invicible and suit from super soldier..this story is bullshit...the truth is we are not insecure,if u follow the story im sure you will understand what i mean..lucian alliance is nothing compared to ori,wraith,goa'uld and replicators

@Tarsier901 well Asgaurd made ships for them... and fighting on the destiny is Close-quater battle. Also its as much about shooting the others as controlling systems and areas of the ship... The asgaurd didnt leave everythin behind for them only the "Legacy" ship... they destroyed the Ori with a ancient super weapon... the Wraith were beaten mostly by the Asgaurd ships and the Replicators... the Goa'uld hardly faught, it was all the Jaffa which lol are just like the Lucian Alliance...

@Tarsier901 well thats like comapring Voyager to Enterprise.like you just cant because their Completly diffrent storylines and told in a diffrent way. I dont see why you have to compare them.Sg1 was good for certain reason.SGA was a repeat of sg1 but still good.and SGU is good because of the way the storyline playout and the fact that they are not just fighting a physical enemy, they have to accualy worry and surviving! they point is why would u want another Sg1?let the stargate experiment

S1 was slow and yeah had some good things in it but overall not so good, but they changed somethign and got it right in S2 and i think its kinda waisting the potential on this storyline to limit it to 2 or 3 seasons because it is really something that could last upward to 4-6 or even more
