  • of course the dishes he makes here are simple, it's Knorr's recipes as well aren't they? Knorr is targeting housewives/househusbands, who wouldn't break their neck to recreate extravagant cuisines from Marco.

    how can these numptys who are probably experts 'in The Pub' have a go at a British great. It;'s equivalent to say George Best could'nt play football. However if you are like me you are probably enbarrasssed for them.

  • @angellover91436 Why, exactly? The only difference is that he now mentions the brand name. Go back and watch the 80's documentaries about his 3-star restaurant. He used stock cubes even then.

  • @johnnhalls Ingredients 4 cod fillets 1x Knorr Fish Stock Cube 4 tomatoes (skinned, de-seeded and chopped) 3 tbsp basil 2 tbsp chopped coriander 2 tbsp chopped parsley 150ml olive oil Juice of one lemon 75g black olives

  • To all you useless snobs out there. These dishes are designed so most people can make them at home. This dish in particular I found to be beautifully simple and appetizing. Marco has earned the right to do whatever he wants. Stop criticizing and you might actually learn something!

  • @aznlilboi1021 Hehe, did Knorr pay you to write that comment? No, I seriously don't mind that he is using the cubes as seasoning; after all it's Knorr that has produced these videos. What I do mind is the fact that he is putting the garnish on top of the cod (and not under it) since it makes the perfectly crispy skin go soggy. I'm still a MPW fan, though.
