Thank you for the comment. I looked into EMDR. It is interesting, but its effects on PTSD seem to be unproven. It could work by reducing the amplification effect that the Conscious has on the brain. My preference would be to use the "simulation techniques" where the subjects relive the trauma though simulations. This technique uses a natural feature of PTSD to reduce the stress. But then again, if it works for you, then I'm not going to tell you not to do it.
