You can also extend the PSP functions by using plugins: check battery status, listen to music while playing, save game states (like PSP Go copied), etc...if you unhack it, the you have your plain PSP!!

Wooh! Thanks for the tut, can't wait to get started. I got my PSP from a pawn shop and it had a broken screen, it can't connect to the internet and the disk drive is broken. I replaced the screen but the rest is a lost cause so the only hope I have of this not being a total waste is if I could get a GBA emulator onto it. All I need is a memory stick and I should be good. @Yepi69 Si tu PSP es 100% liberable si puedes hackearla (jailbreak) y luego volver a la versión original del firmware que tenía. Si no es liberable (por ejemplo PSP 3000, PSP Go y las últimas PSP 2000) no podrás bajar de versión. Disculpa que no te responda en portugués.
