@pnkibrwn Thank you! Here's a list Fruits: handfull (5) strawberries apples Grapefruit(half per serving) orange Vegetables : Any green veggies or tomatoes (no salads, only 1 vegetable at a time!) (no corn, carrots, potatoes, Meat: Chicken, veil, non-fatty fish (mahi mahi, talapia, whiting..ect), bison, SUPER LEAN steak. Note: meat serving can only equal 100 grams each serving and you can have it twice a day. You HAVE to get a scale because your food intake cant go over 500 grams a day.lol
