druids are one of the best class cause u can both tank and heal (paladins can do that too) but i think being a druid is cooler cause ur healing effects take less time to cast :)

you don´t need any quest to get the cat form, just reach level 20 and talk to your Druid Trainer and buy the cat form from him, it's easy

Get the chain quest in Darnassusfrom the druid trainer, the bear spirit can be found NW of Moonglade and Lunaclaw (the moonkin you must kill) is a bit to SE of Auberdine in a cave surrounded by Moonkins. i hope this can help you :)
