@Irushconcrete007 Sorry to tell you bud, but the majority of the time if someone has a 500+whp car and doesn't want a ticket, he's GOING to get away. You're not going to catch him in a Charger or Crown Victoria even with a radio because you wont be able to see the car to radio where it's going..

But if a cruiser is moving lets say on a highway and the car flies by him then then all the cop needs is a shot of the license plate with the dash cam and you're basically fucked even if you get away. All cruisers have dash cams.
