Yep. BOA is an irrational company. My brother was a customer with them till today. Their overdraft practices are illegal and they're a bunch of crooks. They took my brother's money for no reason and say that it was his fault. I never wish bad karma but it's coming for BOA! They lost a customer in my brother. And as for you banking with Bank of America, beware!!
