  • The State of CT and HUD said I don't have a right to reasonable accommodation because I am not disabled. My landlord complained that I was "making medical excuses at the last minute to intentionally delay repairs" because I went to have the lumps in my breast examined, although the appointment had been made six months earier, landlord knew about it for over a month, and no repairs were scheduled.

  • what a shame one hides behind the grandfather clause and then complains about being sued

  • How about a city that has zoning laws that prevent disabled people from living in a home. I am a Landlord, and I am being sued by my city & HOA for providing housing for disabled.

Landlords are not the problem. Powerful City Zoning Departments & HOAs are the main problem today.
