some where along the way i hit properties on it and it showed Antivirus Pro... same scumbag different name.

than i ran Malwarebytes (free) and Ccleaner (free) seems better for now. As 4 Police pro...

try Start/Search and in C: look for "Police Pro". mine found 5 files and i was able to drag 2 of them to recycle. the others gave an error that i didnt have authority and they were "currently in use" so i Ctrl+Alt+Del them and b4 it could start scanning again(which was like 5 sec after i would kill it) i dragged them to recycle as fast as i could and the scanning stopped.
