Question. it may be stupid though. Is that XR250 street legal? Because i see what looks to be a license plate bracket on the back fender, but the bike lacks turing signals. Do you give turning signals with your hands? I ask this question because my old 1994 XR250 has turning signals.

Yes it is. Its name is honda xr 250 tornado and it is made by Honda Brazil. The engine is a 250 cc 4 valves. This one shown in the video is from 2008
