@cupcakegretchengirl What I do night not be your thing, hula and belly dance (also trying to pick up other styles) and if you're not fit it will hurt like hell for a while, and you will be able to do the hip and shoulder shimmies in time, trust me. It's also really good exercise, just make sure to stretch first! It helps to have a large mirrior when learning too. Hope this helped! ;)
