Damn, I wanted to find that out myself. I am able to read those runes, I just couldn't find a decent shot of his right forearm. These runes are different from the ones I learned, though.

Is what would be written there if it were the elder futhark runes, with the question marks being characters that do not exist there.
I've never been a big fan of lots of tattoos, but on Kiefer...I can make the exception. ;)

@sutherGABland ok thats mostly right but there were a couple things wrong
3. barbed-wire armband below the “sword” <---- not barbed wire, it was a design from new zeland, and its the family crest
5. tattoo 4 has been modified. Now you can see an animal (a rat) on the barb-wire armband ?<---- its not a rat, its an ivy thistle
6. left shoulder : the family crest of the scottish sutherland clan.<--- no, its the one i dont know
7. left shoulder : Lady of Guadalupe <---- inner forearm, not shoulder
