@bananaman40 Uh, actually it's just a nineball. Nine is a number commonly associated with Cirno's stupidity because of something that I don't remember. Perhaps because she counts 1, 2, 9 in one of the PVs. Either way, the nineball is a Cirno nickname in reference to Cirno's stupidity.
