What's this festival celebrating?

i think it began 300 years ago when a shrine from from kyoto was brought to kishiwada.

the festival started has a way to pray for aboundat harvest,like in judasem(sukot and shavuot)and many other culture.

the all chariot festival evolved in the years in order to attract vizitors and to strented the social conection betwin the citizen.

surprsingly no one got injured.

but i saw later many people holding ice there head and legs.
