  • WTF?! How DARe you doubt Paul! He's awesome! If he says he did something, he did it. He played the drums really awesome during "BAM!" Paul, by the way, 'tis Mel, the annoying brat you've known for a long time... GO CAMP VIVACE!!

  • nice entry! we're getting close to the FINALS (unless of course the rules change again) :-)

  • Nice playing and interesting video!

  • To brandonwg8677: And you're an expert to know these things? When I say I recorded it live and at tempo, then I did, and I don't have anything to prove. Deal with it!

  • great entry. Good luck in the contest.

  • i dont think they meant creativity of the actual recording of it, then that makes people unsure whether you could have just laid down multiple audio tracks of you playing since we cant see you live, but regardless good job, got most of it right

  • nicely done!

  • nicely done!

  • No prob. The file does look better at a higher resolution, but we can only work with what we have.

  • Love this Video - You are very creaative and just a wondeerful keyboard player! Keep up the good work! ~Markys Big Sister~

  • Nope. If I recorded myself at a slower speed and then sped up the recording, the pitch would also go up. I think it's because of the resolution.

  • My original file was around 500 MBs. I had to sacrifice some quality to get the file below youtube's 100 MB restriction. Also, I used Final Cut Express, not iMovie.

  • Did you by any chance film yourself playing it at a much slower tempo, and speed up the clip with iMovie? Just wondering, because some of the arm movements look sped up...

  • Good job, and good luck on the contest!

  • creative. just one question: how come at about 1:39 when you're doing the run with right hand only, the piano track recorded sound at least one octave lower? maybe I'm just hearing things. anyway, great job

  • Good observation! Because of where I was originally recording the video, the piano either sounded much too soft or much too loud, so I used the video, but I had to remix the piano audio using garage band.

  • I recorded my audio while I was listening to the recording through headphones and then mixed the TSO track with my track for a single audio file. I noticed it too, but at 2:00 in the morning, I needed sleep.
