Now I've listened to some of the Jonas Brother's songs and... they're O.K... hell they're pretty good. They've sung some nice songs. However, they're not the greatest band in human existence, much like their overly obsessive fans think.
From what I've seen, the crazy fangirls/boys just want to "do" them. Putting it bluntly.
2 things...
1)Everything you said in the beginning can also be said about twilight.(replace abomination to sound with abomination to writing/movies)

fangirls i can accept (despite most of them being pre-puberty) but boys make me cringe then normal fanboys do
