@XxGreedyGutzxX if your xbox has been online since the summer of 2009 then it can NOT be jtag'd... what stupid summer 2009 update fucked up something in one of the mircochips to where you can't use a jtaggable dashboard any more... however, there is the Reset Glitch Hack (allows you to do the same stuff as a jtag like modding games) but to unban a console, you would need a unbanned KeyVault... it's actually much easier, safer, and cheaper to just buy another xbox360 then put yours on EBay...

sorry second message the same don't read but the xploit is called the Reset Glitch Hack and it lets you boot Xell and a chip that optionally comes with it the Cygnos Mod chip use Dual boot systems and the main Software that you need to falsh nand with to boot unsinged code is called ggbuild, I may be wrong but the latest version of it is 0.33

1. Can i apply jtag on a rrod xbox (appropriate dashboard version of course) after removing the rrod error?

2. After doing the jtag, do i need to keep the resistors and diodes attached or can i desolder them?
