Did you build a sandy bridge on purpose? I know there is a lot of debate between 1155 and 2011, but if you have the cash and want an enthusiast system I would have gone 2011. The Sandy Bridge setups are nice and overclock really well, but have limitations. I am sure you know about that. When you say that you have never had a blue screen, I find that hard to believe. Unless, you are not flashing your bios for bigger gains, overclocking and or overvolting your CPU, RAM and GPU's.

Damn Steve, you build awesome sound systems and computer systems! You could have spent way more money like you said, but for a gaming machine this is very good! You will love the Direct CU II on those video cards. I have a Asus 6950 2GB singe card with this cooling system and it runs cold compared to my other cards. Asus makes great stuff too, running a MOBO and the vid card by them and it rocks! Just need to get Win7 64 bit :) Also, I still have a working commodore hanging around too LOL

@iLLMaTiKSODMG His computer cost probably over $2500... All you need is a $700 computer and it wil run near the speed of his computer. Core i5 and a GTX 460 is quite good. Anything more than that is hardly a performance increase.

Very clean build. Nice work!! I Love the Corsair H70 I used in my build. Very effective and its a sealed system, no worrying with anything except dropping it in and hooking it up. Looks like yours is a different brand but still the same concept. Guarantee you'll love it. Maybe not as much as your stereo though.
Everyone has their particular build that they want. Like the setup, not sure what your using it for but don't think you will have much trouble running anything. It's sort of like amps, you read eveyrone's opinion and each one is different. It also seems that most of them are concerned with Benchmarking, yes it might be the standard but who cares if it runs what you want it to. Keep building bro!!!! I built mine about a year ago now. @meade916v2 True, but two three slotters is a bit over the top. A single 580 would run most games nicely. If not then two doublers slotters are all that's needed. The ASUS cards are good but for me personally I'd rather sacrifice not getting an ASUS and having a double slotter than get a tripple slotter.

@meade916v2 last thought, i saw your ram was still at 1333 if its ddr3 1600 you can go into the UEFI (new gen BIOS) and up that to 1600 and get a bit more out of it. not hear to hate just giving some criticism on something i do every day. i hope you get a lot of love and joy out of it man, in 6 months take the water block off and replace the thermal grease with some AS5 and do the same with the 580's.
@gcs8 i will take that advice on the ram, good eye!! the thermal paste though, uhhhh unless i take the cooling head off, there is no reason to replace that. Thanks though!!!
@meade916v2 longer product life and improved performance at lower temps as well as more efficiency out of the card. i would call that good reason. the direct CU 2 cards are purpose built so you can take there heat sync's off with 4-6 screws so you can do so.
@gcs8 the ram is the exact same brand, speed, everything. The D link wifi is not a waste, it works great and downloads VERY fast. I have used raidmax with no problems, thanks anyway. The samsung is kicking ass like all my other samsung products. You know, maybe before i build something, i should consult some random youtube viewers first LOL - thanks for the good grade but you arent my teacher bro.
@meade916v2 do some research on "matched set of ram", there is a reason they sell matched set's.
D-link is known for being very hit or miss, if it works for you good, when / if it dies just hard wire it with some good cat6, there's a nice intel NIC in that board.
the raid max uses 4 12v rails, witch is a joke for a high end system, do some research on that, a single 12v rail is much better.
not saying consult anyone on you tube just do more research.
600T is a great case! I own one myself. It ain't cheap (and still isnt now a days) but will last for quite some time!

Sorry bro but my monitor is also 22" but resolution is full HD 1920x1080 and crysys2 works with full details at maximum on 8 Gb memory :) if your monitor is of 22" the resolution shuld be much higher by the way : I LOVE WHAT YOU DO ,I LOVE CAR AUDIO Good Luck

Very clean build. Nice work!! I Love the Corsair H70 I used in my build. Very effective and its a sealed system, no worrying with anything except dropping it in and hooking it up. Looks like yours is a different brand but still the same concept. Guarantee you'll love it. Maybe not as much as your stereo though.

Everyone has their particular build that they want. Like the setup, not sure what your using it for but don't think you will have much trouble running anything. It's sort of like amps, you read eveyrone's opinion and each one is different. It also seems that most of them are concerned with Benchmarking, yes it might be the standard but who cares if it runs what you want it to. Keep building bro!!!! I built mine about a year ago now. A little overboard. Check it out on my you tube page.

@meade916v2 True, but two three slotters is a bit over the top. A single 580 would run most games nicely. If not then two doublers slotters are all that's needed. The ASUS cards are good but for me personally I'd rather sacrifice not getting an ASUS and having a double slotter than get a tripple slotter.

But if you just want them to say "I have 2 *tripple* slotter GTX 580s!" then it's not really very good. @Jackal40k Well it's a shame you feel the need to get annoyed and insult those who think differently to you instead of putting forth coherent points. The reason I do not prefer 3-slotters is because they take up unneeded space, which could be used for other expansion. Yes; ASUS is a good brand however you can get a good GPU with same (if not similar) spec which is a 2-slotter.
If someone disagrees with you, any civilised person would not insult, but explain why they prefer what they do.

a.) looks like unmatched set of ram, issue a. (larger banks of ram are matched at the factory to be used together.)
b.) D-link is a joke and WiFi is a waste.
c.) Raidmax is a PSU i would not trust.
d.) Samsung got bought out and there are better choices for SSD's.
e.) great choice on the vid cards, cpu, case, and the mobo (though not an O.C. mobo it will but not designed with it in mind.)
d.) the H100 would have been a better choice.
overall i give you a B+ / A-, good job.

@meade916v2 last thought, i saw your ram was still at 1333 if its ddr3 1600 you can go into the UEFI (new gen BIOS) and up that to 1600 and get a bit more out of it. not hear to hate just giving some criticism on something i do every day. i hope you get a lot of love and joy out of it man, in 6 months take the water block off and replace the thermal grease with some AS5 and do the same with the 580's.

@meade916v2 longer product life and improved performance at lower temps as well as more efficiency out of the card. i would call that good reason. the direct CU 2 cards are purpose built so you can take there heat sync's off with 4-6 screws so you can do so.

@gcs8 the ram is the exact same brand, speed, everything. The D link wifi is not a waste, it works great and downloads VERY fast. I have used raidmax with no problems, thanks anyway. The samsung is kicking ass like all my other samsung products. @meade916v2 do some research on "matched set of ram", there is a reason they sell matched set's.
D-link is known for being very hit or miss, if it works for you good, when / if it dies just hard wire it with some good cat6, there's a nice intel NIC in that board.
the raid max uses 4 12v rails, witch is a joke for a high end system, do some research on that, a single 12v rail is much better.
not saying consult anyone on you tube just do more research.
