Not only is Damian a Brit, but he's an Old Etonian! His American accent is amazing as both Brits and Americans find it hard to 'cross the pond' with their speech
yes, Dublin, and went to school and college there; visiting an aunt in Wale was my first experience of a foreign country. London on the other hand, where I lived for a few years, is a suburb of Dublin. Humour is hugely enriched by in-jokes (i.e. cultural references) and what about the Welsh ladies in the Baker admiring Damian's "buns"? His expression of bemusement when they scuttle away giggling is a gem. It's what the Americans in their earnest way call cross-cultural - we just laugh.
Do you mean Londonderry? Coz the London in England is definitely not a "suburb of Dublin". If you meant it in the sense that there a a lot of Irish people living there, then Nah.
I wish the DVD has USA format... *in tears*

Get the DVD, the Baker is a film one can watch many times and laugh every time. Classic English (Welsh) comedy.

I am Irish - British is a concept I find rather artificial. Let's enjoy our diversity!
