I like it. If they fly this low and fast on real combat missions then it would be so exciting. especially when you know the enemy will pulverize your nuts if you get shot down.

@TheVeneth Hmm U are great advert for our country...:-/ BTW L39 was developed for USSR army competition on jet trainer. Without soviet order it would probably never be built.
@MrLasicak Thank You!! btw (brdmwz nebo jine debilni teenegerske zkratky me serou merou vrchovatou, a anglicany taky) As you said, it was designed "for CCCP" not in sssr!! engines were made in ukraine just cos warsav pact agreenents as same as these days OTAN/NATO haha ..and by theway, we had our own engines developed since german development during the end of war.. of course someone would say that it was British engine, but no, it wasnt, why? cos it was copied from V1!!! ;))

Amazing doing this with L39s...I have only did this altitudes with S76B Helicopters at 145 kts which is exciting..our neighbour company is operating L39s and they do like 10 ft alt. across the north sea to train Navy ships here in the netherlands...
@ferdiflap: the company you mentioned doesn't happen to be "skyline aviation", does it? I met the owner of "skyline" last year and flew the L39 with one of their pilots recently. He is dutch, too a very nice guy and a incredeably experienced pilot :-)
Once we flew L-39 over drag strip and there was race, so we turned around and raced dragsters on low pass, I hoped crowd liked it.
In another occasion we saw pigeon hunters and did low pass over the field, it happened, that my friend was hunting that day, he said to me later they were really surprised with the big bird.

Planes were made in Czech... with ukrainian engines. But it was primary jet trainer in the USSR and now in post-soviet states.
