@lifepod2036 Think about those WASP girls living in the dorms singing songs singing songs of love and unmarried sex in the 40's too. I think Vivian would agree that we in the 21st century entertain some ridiculous stereotypes about the good old days. Vivian's oral history was recorded at the Pima Air Museum a couple years before her death, and the main theme in it was it wasn't just being a volunteer, it was doing that made the difference & changed her whole life.
