The models of today look curvier imo but I think its mostly due to the flattering lingerie they're wearing (low rise panties + pushup bras can make a super skinny body look curvier).
I like how toned down the hair and makeup are for these models.
The girls who were VS models back in '95 were really gorgeous and in shape but not as toned in the abs as the VS models (Candice Swanepole for ex.) of today. Still love the 90's models!

Almost every single slim/pretty European woman I know dates or is married to a man for his money... and they have their rich boyfriends on the side- it's very common. Most of my slim/pretty American friends do not do this.
This is when Victoria Secret were focusing on selling nice lingerie. Now, it is teenage cotton pajamas. I rarely see anything pretty or feminine. The stores are smaller and the merchandise is limited. I have been disappointed at VS for the line of lingerie they have been selling and to me it is not lingerie. I might leave the store with one bra and panty set...that is it...I used to come out of the store with a full bag. Now, their shows have concerts and too much bling bling..not classy..

@ibangbigbangxo .....VS is over. Their lingerie sucks...the quality has been down graded. They are showing lines for teenage girls...too much cotton draw string pants ect...the pink line stinks. I can barely find anything beautiful or sexy in the stores now...it's all too cutesy and not feminine...sorry, but a pair of sweat pants is far off from pretty...no matter what is written on the butt....sweat pants, not so classy. I am in my late 30's now, when I was in college, I never wore cotton or flannel. Femininity, I think, is a thing of the past now.

I think its a good thing that they have clothes and not just lingerie and as for the PINK line well thats separate. If you dont like then dont look :)
VS seems to be mainly targeting teens (high school and college students) nowadays, especially with their PINK sub-brand. I wish they would focus more on women in their 20s, 30s, and over.
A lot of great TOP models back in the day. Love Ms. Seymour. A simple fashion show with beautiful women that can walk and lingerie you can actually wear. The 90's to 2002, their best and most high fashion. Wish VS would of kept this and stayed classy. It was a company for women, now it seems to just cater to tweens. The shows look cheap and ghetto, the girls all look and act twelve, and all walk as if they only been working a day. Just awful. I'll cherish the days of REAL models and good shows.
@oliverclozesoff - YOU ARE SOOOOO RIGHT! The last shows they had isn't as exciting anymore. The models look more teens instead of Real Supermodels. And i hate how they have bands and performers on stage while they walk. Its soo tacky! I also hate the flying kisses...thats getting too old. They need to stop and just go back to how it was when they first started. 1999 was probably my favorite VS Show. :)
